Hub - Hub Protocol

This part of the NMDC Protocol isn't used that much. X-Hub was the only hubsoftware fully supporting the feature of combining multiple hubs at once, but this wasn't ideal and therefor some Hublink bots were made, they lacked features like being able to search for files or download from users in other hubs, but mainchat messages as wel as private messages were passed trough.
