$RevConnectToMe

Syntax

$RevConnectToMe <ClientNick> <TargetNick>|

Description
A client sends this command to indicate that it wants <TargetNick> to initiate a $ConnectToMe to it. This is used when the client cannot accept inbound connections (i.e. is passive).
