$Close

Syntax 

$Close <nick>|

Description This command causes the hub to disconnect a user. Only ops may send $Close.

• <nick> is the nick of the user to disconnect. The server must disconnect <nick>.

Unlike $Kick, $Close should disconnect the user without notification (At least NMDC Hub v1 does).
